Amer Spa is a privately owned company headquartered inValdagno (Vicenza). Founded in 1974, Amer manufactures high quality permanent magnet DC motors. Amer is extremely relationship oriented and prides itself in providing unparalleled service and attention to its cus- tomers. The company employs approximately 120 people, has an annual turnover of 19 million Euro, and exports its products worldwide.

History highlights

20032002 1999-19901989-19801979-19741973-1968 Amer moves to the new headquarters and manufacturing facility of 5,500 sq.m. (60,500 sq.ft.).The company gains the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Certification. Amer is widely recognized as a manufacturer of completetraction system solutions, ready to be installed. Component moulding is introduced in production processes replacing previous milling technique. Management introduces the "Easy way": projects, designand production must be easy. All the processes have to shift their nature from "difficult" to "easy", with undisputed overall advantages. Amer is founded and starts manufacturing DC motors forindustrial machines, still the core business today. Very shortly motor gears, motor wheels and traction sys- tems begin to be designed and produced.Strong basis are set to allow Amer's foundation.
