Spiral TL
Based on the proven SpiralVeyor® SV concept AmbaFlex now introduces the SpiralVeyor® TL. The TL version is specially désignée) for tote and plastic container élévation in processes, an application where traditionally only platform elevators would be applied for économie reasons. The SpiralVeyor® TL combines a compact build (approx 1,7 m square footprint) with a continuous flow of goods, eliminating the disadvantages of both platform lifts and inclined belts. Comparée) to other SpiralVeyor®'s, the TL uses a smaller belt fitted with high friction pad's.
The SpiralVeyor® TL is suited for totes up to 450x650 mm, 35 kg. The élévation capacity is up to 3.600 items per hour. Starting at Euro 9.500, the price range is far lower than alternative solutions, while providing much extra benefits.
Technical spécifications:
■ Mild steel frame painted in customer color.
■ Full stainless optional available.
■ The custom made élévation allows a near to unlimited height range.
■ Loads up to 35 kg/item.
