| | | The AccuVeyor® is a series of dynamic accumulation systems. The AccuVeyor® AVZ is a true zone accumulator. When the downstream process comes to a stop the AccuVeyor® AVZ can, besides the normal conveying mode, be used to accumulate products. In order to achieve this, the machine is divided into 4-6 segments per turn. Each segment can store one item and can be activated and deactivated individually. | | |
| | | |
| | | The important benefits of the AccuVeyor® AVZ are: ■ Very small footprint. ■ Compact design. ■ Maintenance free lift and stop mechanism. ■ Simple operation. ■ Low noise due to patented roller design. System build-up: ■ The spiral is segmented in 4 or 6 zones per turn. Each zone can be activated individually. Cross section | | |
| | | ■ The activation is optic-pneumatic with integrated accumulation logic. The accumulator can be fully fitted with zones or only a few zones, if that suits the application. Accumulation segments can be retro-fitted at a later date. Technical features: ■ Max. item size 650 x 450 mm. ■ Max. item weight 25 kg. ■ Angle of incline 2.5-18 degrees. ■ Through-put up to 3600/hr. | | |

| | | Material configurations: S Mild steel, coated. CR High corrosion-resistant coated mild steel frame, stainless parts, special CR chain. RS Stainless steel frame and moving parts (wash down / wet environment) Alternative machines: ■ SpiralVeyor® TL, Similar but purely for elevating. ■ AccuVeyor® AVX, Zero pressure dynamic accumulator for odd-shaped and unstable items. | | |
| | | ■ The AVZ comprises a central belt that runs continuously. A lift-up frame is mounted beside this belt frame which extends along the entire zone length on both sides. When the lift up is in a low position, the items are conveyed on the belt. If raised, it is held in the zone. | | |
