| AccuVeyor® AVX The AccuVeyor® AVX is one of the accumulators in the AccuVeyor® family. The AccuVeyor® AVX is designed for medium sized primary or secondary packed goods transported in a single row. The belt width can vary from 100 to 600mm. Accumulation principle The AccuVeyor AVX patent pending accumulation principle is based on continuous loading and unloading different parallel spiral conveyors. The system consists of diverter, a spiral conveyor with multiple tracks and a combiner. When a line is full the diverter will select the next empty track to fill. On the discharge the combiner empties the line filled last in a FiFo sequence. To increase accumulation capacity, the in-feed divert sequentially selects a different lane to fill. See illustrations on the left.
