Dynamic Accumulation is well received to improve the filling line throughput. Its usable length can be expanded to overcome micro-stops and slow-downs on up or down stream equipment demands. Unlike conventional solutions, the AccuVeyor® AVD has a simple and robust design that reduces investment and the cost of ownership. Dynamic accumulation is now affordable for almost ail packing and filling Unes. The AccuVeyor® is a true alternative for single lane or mass flow accumulation.

AccuVeyor AVDioo

The AccuVeyor® AVDioo is the single lane accumulator within the AccuVeyor® family. Standard it only builds 2.5 meters in square. It can incorporate up to 144 meters of useful accumulation length at 35,000 items per hour*. This is sufficient for 2 to 10 minutes accumulation and represents the best footprint accumulation time currently available.

The complète machine is driven by three drives only. It is based on a robust welded frame work with a patented rolling friction belt guide System. The frame can be configured in wash-down stainless steel or coated mild steel for dry packing areas. The machine is available in a variety of in / out-feed configurations.

The transfer is automatically guided to the optimal position in accordance with the up and down stream conveyor speed. A unique option provides product guiding (if needed).
