10.Edge Trimmers with Trim Collection Unit : 11.Operator Chairs : For convenience of the operators to inspect the fabrics, movable chairs can be provided. These chairs are equipped with revolving and height adjustment facilities and also have cushions for comfort of the operators. These chairs can be provided with facility to either manually or electronically move them. Manual movement has to be done by the operator by laterally moving the chair with their legs. Electronic movement is through a small-geared motor, which allows the lateral movement to take place.

For customers who need to trim edges so as to ensure exact fabric width as per their customer's requirements, we can provide various edge trimming devices with Trim Collection Unit. The trimming can be done mechanically by a Hexagonal Cutter or Electrically by high temperature copper flats or by an Ultrasonic Cutter or Laser Beam.

1. Length MAC : This is a high accuracy length-measuring device. This high accuracy is achieved due to a combination of mechanical and electronic units. The mechanical unit has a nylon roller and an aluminum knurled roller assembly inside a sheet metal housing. The nylon roller is spring loaded and the knurled roller is adjustable as per the thickness of the fabric being measured. The fabric is held between these rollers, thus ensuring no slippage. The nylon roller is connected to an encoder that electronically measures its revolutions. The encoder is connected to the digital display that displays the length in meters or yards. This entire system delivers a very high accuracy in the range of + / - 10 mm.

• Machine speed is variable 0-50 meters per minute positively & infinitely variable. (Higher speeds can be provided).• Power requirements vary from 1 HP to 4 HP depending upon the modules you select.• We engineer machines suitable for 1524 mm to 4064 mm fabric width sizes. • Inspection platform and its effective lighted area are 1295 mm and 560 mm in height respectively.

2.PredetermineMAC : This is used to stop the fabric at a preset length and actuate a further action of automatic cross cutting . This system wotks as an upgrade of the LengthMAC by not only displaying the length measured but also allowing presetting. Upgrades of this device, at an extra cost allows RS 232 connectivity for connecting to the computers, etc. 3.DataMAC : This is our PC based Defect Data Logging and Analysing Software System. This system is very handy for entering and analysing the defect data identified during the inspection of the fabrics. Using this software, the operator can enter various details about the defects identified such as type, severity, name, etc. The position of this defect is taken automatically from the mechanical unit of the LengthMAC, which comes along with the system. To indicate the location of a cut able defect, the LabelMAC can be programmed to place a label automatically on the selvedge of the fabric. Once the defect data for a particular roll or a batch of rolls is collected, the software allows the supervisor to analyse the quality of the fabric roll. A defect map is also generated using which the supervisor can scroll down the same to check the position and the severity of each defect. For analysing the defect data, various graphs are generated which indicate trends coming from different processes which the fabric has gone through before it is finally ready. These trends allow the supervisor to ensure that the corresponding defects are rectified or stopped at point of making so as to make defect free fabrics. The analysis of this data also allows the supervisor to judge the actual quality of the fabric instantly and also allow him to decide whether the same can be supplied to the customer or not. SFIM-01 SFIM-02 4.AutocutMAC : This is the motorised cross cutter and is used for cross cutting the fabric. The cutter can also be programmed to cut the fabric at the cut length specified on the predetermined counter or according to the cut map generated by the 'Cut Map Generator'.
SFIM-03 5.WeighMAC : This device allows online weighing of fabric rolls. A digital display shows the exact weight in both Kilograms or in Pounds. This weight data once captured can be downloaded onto the DataMAC software for label printing and other applications. This device gives an accuracy of +/ - 100 gms. way to cut the roll for generating maximum 1, 2 & 3quality rolls. Other auxiliary devices such as WeighMAC, LabelMAC and AuotcutMAC can also be installed on this system for higher levels of automation. Guides are provided to ensure fabric rolls don't shift while unwinding. Fabric rolls upto 48" roll diameters can be unrolled on this device. In order to ensure just adequate release of the fabric from rolls, the Unwinder is driven by an independent geared motor and drive system, which is synchronised with the rest of the machine.
st nd rd 6.LabelMAC : This device allows the operator to mark the lengthwise position of a defect by placing a label on the selvedge. The label is placed by our labelling device namely, 'LabelMAC' either by a press of a button or automatically through the DataMAC. 7.Selvedge Shifting Device : This system allows the shifting of the fabrics with thick selvedges in an oscillating motion. This system ensures batching of the fabric without 'bowing' the roll.
SFIM-04 8.Cradle / Surface Unwinder : We can offer a Cradle with 6 pipe rollers mounted on two M. S. side walls and guides to unwind from small fabric rolls instead of the Unwinder stand. Alternately, a surface unwinder with two rolls mounted on M.S. side walls with guides can also be provided. 9.Power Unwinder : Consists of M.S. side frames with two M.S. rubber lagging covered rollers moving on ball bearings for easy unwinding of fabric rolls.
