Introducing Allied Maxcut GEN2 T-ATM Inserts
GEN2 T-ATM is the next generation in replaceable tip drilling systems.
Produced by Allied Machine & Engineering Corps, in purpose built manufacturing plants in Dover, Ohio, USA,
the design intent of this new AMEC product includes performance gains, tool life gains and unique features.
The GEN2 T-ATM Carbide and HSS Inserts are designed to increase productivity and reduce cost per hole.
With GEN2 T-ATM Carbide Inserts, two substrates are available, K35 and K20. With GEN2 T-ATM HSS Inserts, one
substrate is available and designated "Super Cobalt".
The new exclusive AM200TM coating will be utilised as a stock standard on K35, K20 and Super Cobalt,
other coatings will be available upon request.
From the European Distribution Headquarters in West Midlands, England, the GEN2 T-ATM Inserts are sold throughout
Europe to O.E.M's, major engineering end users and a network of preferred, appointed and fully trained Distributors.
