A range of autocodes are available giving you the ability print:• Time • Dates • Sequential Numbers • Shift Codes • Rollover Dates • Advanced Dates • Julian Dates • Day Codes Logos and graphics can be imported and scaled within the format.Recognised file formats are PCX and BMP.

Lines and boxes

Both lines and boxes can be formatted and height,width and line thickness is selectable.

Adbserv

Included in the package is Adbserv,a data base file server which,when coupled directly to the printer,can download variable fields,or even whole formats,directly from an ASCII data base file to the printer,print by print,or batch by batch.Allencraft includes drivers for the popular desk top thermaltransfer printers,as well as a driver which emulates dot matrix and laser office printers.

Barcodes

All commonly used barcode symbologies are selectable with adjustment of both height and width dependent on code.Fixed barcodes can be printed either as a graphic image (bitmap),or utilising the resident printer barcodes.Variable barcode data can be inserted direct from the PC.

Operating System Text

Allencraft is compatible with Windows 3.11,‘95, ‘98,2000,XP,‘ME & Windows NT. Alpha numeric text through the International ASCII character set can,if fixed text is required,be formatted in any Windows True Type (TT) font,and if the text is variable and the memory card option is being used,a choice of up to 6 printer resident fonts are selectable.All fonts are totally scaleable.
