Online hot foil coders are used to code expiration dates, product identification information and lot/batch numbers onto labels and packaged products. With a vast range of frame designs, they are suitable for installation onto a wide range of packaging and labeling machines.

All coders have a quick foil change magazine with foil run out warnings fitted. This allows the operator to change foil immediately, reducing downtime. The coder is also fitted with a patented foil indexing system that minimises foil wastage.

The Compact range can be fitted with a variable temperature setting that enables the operator to adjust the temperature accordingly with the substrate being run as well as a temperature indicator for increased security.
Other options include extended reach and low print models for restricted spaces. An IP65 version is available, designed to work consistently within dusty and wet environments. A comprehensive range of clip in typeholders is also available giving complete print layout flexibility.
