Spare parts not included in this catalog are available through Rockwell Automation Global Technical Support (GTS). To access parts information, record the catalog number and motor ID (identification) number from the motor nameplate (see example below) and call the GTS Parts Hub at 262.512.8800 (attended M-F 8 AM - 5PM CT), and select option "3" at the phone prompt. | | Return Requests Stock Motors and accessories are able to be returned for credit in many cases. In cases where a return has been authorized, the minimum re-stock charges will be 25% of the original net price. Equipment must be in original packaging, un-used, have been stored per storage requirements identified in publication MOTOR-5.0, be a product currently maintained in stock inventory, and must be no more than 90 days old (reference original date of shipment).
