Dewatering / Semi-Vortex Submersible Pump

Compact design and high durability for various dewatering and sewerage applications.

Construction

a. Fully water-resistant cable entry.

b. Heat treated 410 stainless steel motor shaft.

c. Durable cast iron outer case achieves superior heat dissipation.

d. Double mech. seal (shaft seal) in two versions-Version ( I) as standard for heavy duty application: Silicon Carbide + Carbon/Ceramic Version (II) as normal for domestic application: Carbon/Ceramic + Carbon/Ceramic

Motor section

a. Dry-type submersible induction motor.

b. 1 & 3 phase, 2 pole, 50Hz 2850rpm or 60Hz 3450rpm.

c. Insulation Class E.

d. Power cable: 6m of PVC or H07RN-F upon request.

e. Auto. float switch for water level control is available upon request, e.g. KO-153A & BV-153A

f. Built-in motor protector (thermal & over current) .

g. Max. liquid temperature: 40°C (104°F)

h. Max: submerged depth: 8m (26ft)
