From the planning phase to acceptance –
the quick way of safe construction
Every investor in a
building
requires fixed terms. Something
the ALHO space factory can be
relied upon – no matter whether
for new
buildings, extensions or
adding storeys. Independently
of the weather, the modules are
produced in the ALHO space
factory and then transported and
assembled on site. After only a
short period for works on site,
the final
building is prompt handed
over in a turnkey fashion –
with a fixed price guarantee.
The extraordinary quality is
reliable as well. Our numerous
test and certification marks are
impressive proofs for this.
To meet all requirements,
ALHO developed three construction
series – Basic, Classic and
Comfort-Line to ensure that the
optimal space is available for each
purpose.
The system behind the
building
technology consists of modular
individual, three dimensional steel
frames which – after assembling –
shape the final
building.
The interior of the
building is completed
up to 90% in the factory
before the modules are assembled
on site within a few days.
