BHE Protective Cooling Insulation Insulation Type P Description Prefabricated insulation jacket with 19 mm thickness closed cell expanded elastomer and with 0,5 mm external PVC protection layer. The diffusion tight insulation is intended for Alfa Laval brazed plate heat exchangers and is suitable for cooling and low temperatures. The insulation Type P is developed with focus on Refrigeration applications. Nevertheless, it is also proper for suitable Comfort BHE as well as AlfaNova units. It is available on DC-stock for all CB26, CB/CBH27, AC/ ACH30, CB52, AC/ACH50, AC/ACH120 stocked BHE units. Max temperature: 100°C Min temperature: -45°C The insulation kit is composed by three parts: one lateral and two back and front pieces together with an installation manual. Advantages • Easy to install • Nice appearance • Protective against mechanical wear and UV-radiation • It can be mounted to the BHE also after the refrigeration connections have been mounted, thanks to the pre-cut S3 and S4 holes • It is available on DC stock • Suitable for 6 connection BHE thanks to the pre-cut T1 and T2 holes • Suitable also for AC/ACH120 with rigid feet mounted. • On the Refrigeration Pricelist there are the Type P insulation items corresponding to each stocked BHE Insulation TYPE P
