Each resin has properties that make it ideal for a specific purpose. We manufacture our plastic products using the grade most suited to the product's end use. Listed below are the quality resins we use and their attributes. Akro-Mils reserves the right to change product materials without notice.

Rigid and very strong. High impact resistance. Hard surface resists scratches. Withstands tempera­tures between -20 and 150°F.

Extremely rigid and very strong. Highly impact and chemical resistant. Extremely hard surface is resistant to scratches. Withstands tempera­tures between -20 and 150° F.

More flexible to withstand impacts. Withstands tempera­tures between -30 and 115° F.

A part of the Styrene family, but superior in UV, impact, and weather resistance. High-gloss surface. Withstands temperatures up to 180°F.

A heavy-duty wheel with polyurethane cushion tread bonded to a cast iron core. Resists most chemicals and oils.

Hi-Tech Performa wheels in flat or round tread designs, resist damage from weather, water, steam, or metal shavings. Thermoplastic elastomer treads are load-rated up to 500 lbs. per wheel.

Extremely durable, high-capacity cast iron wheel rolls easily under heavy loads and is highly resistant to abrasion.

The Pro-Tech polyurethane wheel is a non-marking, cushion ride design that can be ordered with non-metallic, delrin bear­ings that are unaffected by water, steam, oil, and most acids. Pro-Tech wheels are load-rated up to 750 lbs.

A heavy-duty, light­weight, non-marking plastic wheel that resists most chemicals and oils, and has excellent impact resistance.

Air-filled for excellent shock protection, floor protection, and easy operation over rough surfaces.
