Âkerstrôms' Sesam 800 remote control series are designed to pro­vide the flexibility, reliability, ruggedness and ease-of-use required for applications in demanding industrial and mobile envi-ronments. Sesam 800 Mobile is a system specially designed to be used for various mobile applications such as winches for ATV's and forest machines, tail lifts and con-veyor belts. The system is robust, flex­ible and uncomplicated and based on modern digital technology. Automatic frequency sélection. The Sesam 800 Mobile system utilizes the 869 MHz frequency band with 12-channel automatic frequency selection. The system is based on 16.7 million unique codes with a guarantee that there will never be two identical transmitters on the market. Feedback function. The system is based on a two-way radio technology which enables a relay feedback indicator on the transmitter. A green light indicates an active relay. Checksums ensure an error-free message transmission. For applications with extra high security requirements, the receiver can be configured to use encrypted authentication. IP67 and high-side solid-state relay switches. The receiver is equipped with six high-side solid-state relay switches and a fibre-reinforced plastic housing for tolerating extreme environments where there are high demands on shock and vibration sensitivity. The transmitter and receiver are also of class IP 67, and can be exposed to dust, humidity, and water without interruptions. The transmitter is equipped with a rubber edge guard providing a good shock resistance.
