ACS2302 Relay Module Overview The ACS2302 is a packaged dry contact relay to mount adjacent to the ACM1009 relay for dry-contact communication to a Building Management System. Assembly is made through terminal strip contacts easing field installation Specifications - Package 1.58 x 1.58 x .59 (inches) - Mounting flange centers 1 7/8 - Connector 5.08mm centers, Screw terminals - Recommended wire gauge = 20 Relay Information - Relay Voltage - Nominal 12Vdc ( 9 min, 25 max.) - Relay Resistance 1 KOhms ( 12mA nominal) - Relay Contact = Form C, SPD single pole 2 position. - Relay Max. Contact current 2A. Product Description The ACS2302 is small plastic package with a dry contact relay and terminal strip pre-wired to mate with the ACM1009 and provide isolated contact opening or closure to a building management system when the High or Low Limit Alarm is activated. Installation The ACS2302 can be mounted in any orientation. Distance from the ACM1009 is limited only by wire size and voltage drop. Mount the ACS2302 securely with two (2) #6 screws through the flanges. The relay should be mounted in a location that protects it from moisture and environmental extremes .
