07/09 Heated Head Dia�]Vac® Pumps Heated Head options up to a maximum of 400°F / 204°C are available on the entire line of Dia�]Vac® pumps. Using electrical heater cartridges with either a K�]type thermocouple or fixed thermostat temperature option, the Heated Head Dia�]Vac® can help alleviate moisture condensation within the pump head. ADI also offers Extended or Elevated Head options to allow you the flexibility of placing the head directly into a heated compartment while the oversized bearings and motor remain at ambient temperatures. Additionally, ADI offers Steam�]Traced head options for hazardous areas. Oversized high�]temperature bearings, hightemperature motor and rugged construction allow for long term continuous use with minimal required maintenance. These Heated Head options provide an excellent choice for handling hot corrosive gases in environmental monitoring or analytical instruments. Available with 316 ss heads and All�]Teflon diaphragms, the Heated Head HP can maintain temperatures of up to 400°F / 204°C with either a fixed Thermostat or K�]type Thermocouple. Mini Heated Head Options R222�]FP�]AA1�]M General Purpose Double Heated Head Dia�]Vac® With the same options as the single head configuration, the dual stage Heated Head Dia�]Vac® is an excellent choice when high flow rates are required. The protection box provides added safety and allows for easy access when routine maintenance is required. R222�]FT�]AA1�]L Double Elevated head Dia-Vac® This option allows you to heat both pump heads while the pump housing and motor remain at ambient temperature.
