| Einstellen der Zwischenposition 1. Beide Kontermuttern lösen und beide Positionsstifte vollständig (bis mech. Anschlag) hinausdrehen. Kontermuttern wieder leicht anlegen (um bei anschlies-sendem belüften die Dichtigkeit sicherzustellen. 2. Positionsstifte von Hand einschieben und an P3 mit Betriebsdruck belüften. 3. P1 belüften (Welle dreht im Uhrzeigersinn), mit Positionsstift 1 die gewünschte Zwischenposition einstellen. Positionsstift 1 kontern. 4. P2 belüften (Welle dreht gegen Uhrzeigersinn), mit Positionsstift 2 hineingedreht bis Widerstand fühlbar ist (beide Positionsstifte berühren nun die Kolben des Rotationsmodul) Positionsstift kontern. | Réglage de la position intermédiaire 1. Desserrer les deux contre-écrous et sortir en dévissant les deux goujons de position (jusqu'à ce qu'ils arrivent en butée mé canique). Serrer légèrement de nouveau les contre-écrous (et s'assurer de l'étanchéité en mettant ensuite sous air). 2. Entrer à la main les goujons de position et mettre à la pression de service en P3. 3. Mettre P1 sous air (l'arbre tourne dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre), régler la position intermédiaire désirée à l'aide du goujon de position 1. Bloquer par contre-écrou le goujon de position 1. 4. Mettre P2 sous air (l'arbre tourne dans le sens contraire des aiguilles d'une montre), visser le goujon de position 2 jusqu'à ce que la résistance soit sensible (maintenant, les deux goujons de position touchent le piston du module de rotation). Bloquer par contre-écrou le goujon de position. | Setting the intermediate position 1. Loosen the two lock nuts and unscrew both positioning pins completely (up to the mechanical stop). Retigh-ten lock nuts slightly (in order to check tightness when the system is ventilated). 2. Push in positioning pins by hand and vent with operating pressure at P3. 3. Vent P1 (shaft rotates clockwise) and set the desired intermediate position with positioning pin 1. Fasten positioning pin 1 with lock nut. 4. Vent P2 (shaft rotates counterclockwise), screw in positioning pin 2 up to resistance (both positioning pins are now contacting the rotary module), secure positioning pin with lock nut. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
