For the very latest specifications visit www.aeroflex.com A fuel tester that makes a powerful difference in line and hangar maintenance Avionics PSD60-2R Fuel QuantityTest Set The PSD60-2R performs these functions: • Measurement of total tank capacitance, individual tank units and compensators • Simulation of capacitance for indicator calibration • Simulation of compensator capacitance value for dry calibration • Measurement of the insulation resistance of tank units and aircraft harness • Measurement of coax center conductor to shield for fault isolation • Display of capacitance resolution to 0.00 pF for accurate individual tank unit testing (to 199.99 pF) The PSD60-2R is an accurate, highly reliable, portable capacitance test set. Along with an aircraft specific interface, the PSD60-2R will test any AC Capacitive Fuel, Water, LOX, Engine Oil, or other AC capacitance system • Compatible with AD 98-20-40 & AD 99-03-04 compliant aircraft (Mod 6 and above) • Modular design for high reliability and low maintenance • Closed box calibration using front panel controls - performed annually • Battery powered with percent of charge displayed • Maintenance codes displayed to aid in troubleshooting • Distance-to-Fault (DTF) Mode determines the "length" of the wire or the approximate distance to a break in the wire or shield • Large selection of aircraft specific interface cables readily available GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS MEASUREMENT RANGE Capacitance 0.00 to 19,999 pF in 3 ranges Resistance 0.00 Ů to 1,999 MŮ in 8 ranges Optional range: 2,000 to 19,999 MŮ MEASUREMENT ACCURACY Capacitance ± 0.1% of reading or 0.05 pF, whichever is greater, from -25° to +55° C Resistance ± 2% of reading or 0.1 Ů, whichever is greater, from -25° to +55°C; + 5% in Range 9 (2,000 MŮ to 19,999 MŮ )
