The following optional accessories are designedfor use with the 6200B series of Microwave TestSets, the 6820 series Scalar Analyzers and the 6840series Microwave System Analyzers.The 6230A series of scalar
professional detectors providesexcellent linearity and flatness from a built-in EEPROM that allows near
power meter manufacturer performance. Diode linearity correction providesimproved performance over a wide dynamic range.The 6240 series of fault locators provides measurement of both return loss (VSWR) andfault location (distance to fault) from a singlemeasuring port but where tighter specifications
are required a range of autotesters with betterdirectivity and 40 GHz frequency range is available.Ratio measurements require a power splitter to beused and a range is available for frequencies up to
40 GHz.Power dividers can be used for simple power division or can be operated with a scalar detectorand the 6800 series to generate a low cost fault
location system.
The recently launched Option 25A/B provides internal pulse modulator capability on the majority of the 6810 series and 6820series products. (Refer to 6810/6820 product data sheets for details)External pulse modulators 6146/6147 are also available and provideexternal pulse modulation capability for all of the 6200B series, 6810series, 6820 series and 6840 series.The 6146 is a high performance active pulse modulator providingfast rise and fall times with 70 dB on/off ratio over a frequency range
of 500 MHz to 18 GHz. The 6147 operates from 70 MHz to 40 GHzbut is a passive pulse modulator with lower on/off ratio and slowerrise/fall time performance. Forthe verylatestspecifications visit
