Servo Control Features
All test methods have one pre-test control segment which can be used as a fast pre-load function. Configure up to a 2 segment test profile. Each segment includes a user defined position rate and end channel which is either load, position, time or sample break. Use the cycle between segments function to perform a sawtooth shaped cyclic test profile.
Connect to brushed or brushless motors or hydraulic servovalves.
Example servo profiles:

Pre-load to pt. 1 at a position rate. Segment A: move at a position rate to an end pt A based on position, load or time. Segment B: move at a position rate to an end pt B based on position, load or time.
Segment A: move at a position rate to an end pt A based on position or load. Segment B: move at a posi­tion rate to an end pt B based on position or load. Cycle between A and B up to 1,000 times.
Pre-load to pt. 1 at a position rate. Segment A: move at a position rate to an end pt A based on position or load. Segment B: hold end pt A value for a specified period of time B.
Mounting
The eP Digital Controller can be mounted with an angle bracket to a flat horizontal surface or arm mounted to a vertical column. All electrical connections are from the rear.
