AddisonMckee is pleased to introduce the new All-Electric TubeLouver TL5e machine. This machine provides the fastest known method for forming spiral louver patterns in tubes for use in the construction of automotive and industrial mufflers / silencers. The TL5e is capable of forming louver patterns in tubes ranging from 35 mm (1 3/8”) diameter up to 125 mm (5”) diameter in stainless steel, mild steel and aluminum tubing. The machine uses an efficient patented rolling action rather than the usual high friction seen in conventional sliding and reciprocating machines. This enables significant increases in production speeds.
