Non Contact Measuring Machine

The AdData 'G' Plus is a revolutionary Non Coeasuring Machine for use specifically in the Tube Bending Industry to obtain data for Bending Machines and provide information for inspection purposes. The machine utilizes the latest 'G-Tube' technology for non contact measurement. ntact M The AdData 'G' Plus consists of a Table, an Optical Probe attached to a 5 Axis Digitally Encoded Measuring Arm, a computer complete with Keyboard and Printer, and an Interface which, when connected to a L.A.N., will enable data transmission to our range of DataBend CNC Tube Bending Machines. The following represents some of the features incorporated into the machine: Windows 2000 ® operating system 15" TFT Monitor Remote control, integrated mouse with arm XYZ input to create YBC program YBC input to create XYZ Co-ordinates Springback (theoretical)correction Graphics to show pipe shapes on screen Graphics to show pipe shape on paper Interface to CNC bending machine to produce program Storage of bend programs Tooling management As well as its tube measurement capability, the AdData 'G' Plus is also equipped for use as a component development tool.
