The innovative WAE is the economical solution for customers seeking a slow speed Wrap Around Sleever. The WAE can be equipped to run single count trays or tubs automatically; or it can be configured with a lugged infeed conveyor for hand loading of multi-count products. The machine features a compact 108” (2.74m) long frame, 30” (0.76m) long inclined sleeve hopper and reciprocating feeder, overhead conveyor with air actuated lift, and bottom squaring chain to ensure the sleeves are sealed properly. ADCO designed the WAE with safety in mind; featuring fully enclosed category-3 safety guarding and a guard door over the hand load table. The base price includes either a pressurized glue unit or a set of J/P lock closing plows. Stainless steel frame construction is also standard with a washdown upgrade available, which means the machine can be located just about anywhere.
