SOPHISTICATED. AND EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN The innovative CTF 470V tray former was designed specifically to form corrugated trays at high speeds. The machine features a high capacity 5' (1.52m) long hopper with an ergonomie 42" (1.02m) load height. The frame and hopper were designed to allow for a compact footprint that takes up only 80" x 54" (2.03m x 1.37m) offloorspace. Additional standard features include an Allen-Bradley PLC control System with HMI touch screen controls, a Nordson pressurized hot melt glue System, programmable glue control, metric construc­tion, casters and leveling feet, and fully interlocked barrier guarding. Stainless steel frame construction is also standard with awashdownupgradeavailable.
