SLC-Series High Speed Inline Carton Gloser MANUFACTURING Innovotive and Affordable Inline Lugless Tri-Seol Carton Closing The ADCO SLC Inline Tri-Seal Carton Closer is the reliable answer to your high speed top load packaging needs. The SLC incorporātes a compact footorint, multiple variable speed AC-drive motors, no-tool size changeovers, and a carton turner with servo powered squaring betts to offer our customers a fast. reliable, and affordable tri-seal carton closer. The SLC utilizes multiple independentiy driven friction and vacuum belts to consistently index calons at random or backed up from the customers supply conveyor. Overhead belts with flexible grippers are used to compensate for bulged or oversized cartons. Servo powered squaring belts are used to ensure accurate and consistent 90 degree carton turns. The SLC utilizes hand cranks and digital readouts to allow for easy and repeatable wrenchless size changeovers. Available closing options include pressurized hot melt glue or hot air sealing. The SLC is very compact for a high-speed inline Tri-Seal Carton Closer, utilizing only 168" x 43" (4.27m x 1.09m) of floor space making it easy to locate in any facility. A formed stainless steel frame mated with stainless steel and aluminum parts combine to give the SLC a durable and attractive appearance. For harsh environmental conditions, optional washdown construction fealuring NEMA 4x (IP 65) electricals, hard anodized aluminum, and stainless steel components - there are no plated parts to rust.
