Compact, Fully Automatic Sleever at Entry-level Price The ADCO SEL-60 is designed to address the growing trend of placing a pre-glued chipboard sleeve around a plastic tray of chilled fcod/meat. Until now, companies were forced io hire several workers to erect and load the pre-glued sleeves by hand. The SEL-60 completely automates this process. It accepts trays via a supply conveyor at random, pushes the tray into the sleeve and discharges it from the machine.The SEL-60 runs at speeds of up to 60 Irays per minute! This fully automatic machine is designed to handle full and partial length sleeves. The servo-powered machine can be programmed to insert a tray at any position in the sleeve. The SEL-60 features lugless infeed belts, a servo driven reciprocating carton feeder, vacuum carton hold down, servo driven tray pusher, and a compact 55" (1.4m) long stainless steel frame.
