1 MULTI-LANE VFFS MACHINE MMLP LIQUID SACHET Affordable, Easy to use, Sachet Machine for Liquid Products The MMLP 1-4 VFFS Mutti-Lane Sachet Machine is a vertical, automatic form, fill and seal machine lor producing 4-sided. heat sealed sachets tram surtable laminate in réel form. The machine is ideally suited (or producing portion packs of alcohol (spirits) fruit juices or any other type of non-viscous liquid product, The volumetric stainless steel pumps are fully adjustable and easily removed for cleaning. The machine uses either a single or a twin réel laminate leed with a maximum réel diameter of 300mm on a 70mm (3") diameter core. The réel feed is precisefy controlled by a photocell print registration system. The machine speed is controlled via the front panel and can be varied to give an output up to 50 cycles per minute, This equates to 200 sachets per minute when the machine is run in four-lane format, The sealing die température and pressure are independent and precisely controlled. The machine cornes in two versions: mechanical or servo driven and can be produced in a six lane or eight lane version (optional). The MMLP machine features a robust welded steel frame and ail product contact surfaces are stainless steel. The machine has been designed with particular considération for minimum maintenance and ease of adjustment. The machine is easJy cleaned at the end of each production run. The MMLP machine offers a number of optional features for your production needs. A low profile 1 mètre (39') long discharge conveyor can be added to take the finished product away from the machine.
