Family-owned since 1958 END LOAD CARTONING IALS AUTO LOAD CARTONER The compact IALS intermittent motion auto load cartoner is ideal for running rigid products that need to be stacked in a variety of pack patterns. The IALS was initially developed to run ice cream sandwiches for the dairy industry, but it can be easily adapted for a variety of applications. The heart of the IALS is the unique product stacker & loader. Products are fed into the machine broadside leading at random where they are grouped and stacked. Once the desired pack pattern is achieved, the products are pushed into the waiting carton. This system can be easily adjusted for a variety of product counts and stack heights. The IALS features a welded tubular frame with the hopper positioned over the frame for a compact 94 x 46” (2.39 x 1.17m) footprint. Additionally, the IALS features a multi-axis servo and pneumatic drive system, swing away overheads, 48” long carton hopper, and digital indicators on all adjustments. The standard IALS is built to meet the strict dairy standards for washdown construction. Several options are available including non-washdown construction.
