Affordable and Compact Wrap Around Sleever The CS-80 is the lalest in a line ol Wrap Around sleever innovations by ADCO Manufacturing, The CS-80 incorporâtes a very compact lootpnnt, multiple AC-gear motors, servo powered feeder and transfer section, and no-tool size changeovers to offer a rehab(et versatile, and affordable Wrap Around sleever. The CS-80 is designed 10 wrap either full or partial length sleeves around products that are typcally contained in rectangular ovatt or round plastic traysAubs al speeds up to 80 sleeves per minute. Multiple independent powered belts are utilized to consistently index mcoming product at random or backed-up Irom a supply conveyor A servo powered feeder places the blank onto the product after which they are transterred into the closmg section. The CS-80 has been designed for last 5-mlnute no-toc* size changeovers using digital readouts for easy and repeatable sleeve changeovers. The carton hopper is fulty adjustable to handle ail sleeve sizes wrtNn the macNne's broad size range. A s*ngle-gun pressurlzed hot mett glue System is included as standard with an optional second gun available to seal the tray to the carton blank. Mounted on casiers, the CS-80 is very compact. utiUzing only 43" x 90.5" (U 0m x 2.30m) of ftoor space making it casy to locatc in any laality A lormed stamless stcci Irame combined with stainless steel and aluminum parts combine to give the CS-80 a durable and attractive finish.
