SANGER CALIFORNIA The BCS-series auto load cartoner from ADCO Manufacturing combines over 45 years of experience in building packaging machinery with the latest in "Generation 3" servo technology. Heavy-duty construction and a simple design will make the BCS a new leader in the industry. The BCS is available in two standard lengths to meet your carton and product needs; the compact 12' (3.66m) long CBCS, and regular 16' (4.88m) long BCS. Machine speeds ranging from 10 to 400 cartons per minute are available. The BCS range can be equipped with 6", 9", 12", or 15" flight lug centers for a broad size range. All BCS series cartoners are constructed from formed stainless steel, utilizing a unique bolt together design that is both rigid and sanitary. The use of a multi-axis servo drive system allows the BCS to switch easily between continuous and intermittent motion. Standard features include captured flight chains, automated length and depth adjustments, swing away overheads, multi-head rotary carton feeder, horizontal powered carton hopper, horizontal minor flap tuckers, powered discharge belts, and digital indicators. Removable guard panels and a spacious layout allow for easy maintenance and cleaning. The "G3" barrel cam product inserter features quick release pusher plates with overload sensors to protect against jams. The BCS utilizes the industry standard language, OMAC PackML which integrates the logic, motion control, and human machine interface so that they work together allowing the BCS to integrate seamlessly within the entire packaging line. A variety of automatic product handling and indexing can be integrated depending on the products to be packaged. The BCS is also available with optional washdown construction featuring NEMA 4 (IP 65) electricals, hard anodized aluminum, aqua chain, and stainless steel components.
