AFC SERIES GLUE CARTON /TRAY FORMER TURINQ rVIAIMLJI Robust Versatility For Your Top Load Carfoning Needs The versatile ADCO AFC glue tray tormer can be equipped to handle most top-load cartcn sizes and speeds for an affordable price. The AFC former is built to last, incorporating a robust. welded trame utilizing a rugged drive System for reliable long-term production. Fiat carton blanks are placed into a shuttle. which transfers the cartons below the glue guns, and onto the forming (rame where a plunger forms the tray and compresses the glue. The AFC utilizes a pressurized glue System to apply glue to the carton blanks resulting in a reliable, easily adjustable and safe glue application process. Single, double, or triple head forming tooling is available, which consists of the female cavity, plunger, and carton hopper. AH have been engineered for quick, consistent, and easy size changeovers. Spécial tooling and glue Systems are also available for tapered take-out style cartons. The ADCO AFC is equipped with a plunger overload System, preventing damage to the machine in case of a jam. An optional outfeed conveyor is available to transfer formed cartons to your downstream equipment. An optional synchronized drive System will allow this machine to be coupled to an independent conveyor and the ADCO BAC top load carton doser.
