The machine features an ergonomic body hopper that can be loaded from ground level – a first in the industry. Also standard is the servo powered mandrel which reduces timing issues and the need for costly replacement parts. Additional standard features include an Allen Bradley PLC control system with HMI touch screen, a Nordson pressurized hot melt glue system, programmable glue control, air actuated platen compression, metric construction, casters and leveling feet, and fully interlocked barrier guarding. Stainless steel frame construction is standard with a washdown upgrade available, which means the machine can be located just about anywhere. = Stainless steel frame is easy to clean and does not corrode. = Ergonomic body hopper with low-load height eliminates the need for auxiliary loading platforms. = Patented Transportor™ system positively controls the body blank from the picker to the bottom stops – eliminating free fall reducing the effects of warped corrugated. = Nordson pressurized glue system is clean and easy to maintain. = Fully enclosed, Category-3 barrier guarding keeps operators safe, while allowing easy-open access for maintenance.
