Affordable, Easy to use, Sachet Machine for Granular Products.

The MMAP 1-2 VFFS Single or Multi-Lane Sachet Machine is a vertical, automatic form, fill and seal machine for producing 4-sided, heat sealed sachets from suitable laminate in reel form. The machine is ideally suited for producing portion packs of any powder / granular product. A range of auger units are available for dispensing the product. The machine can use either a single or a twin reel laminate feed with a maximum reel diameter of 300mm on a 70mm (3") diameter core. The reel feed is precisely controlled by a photocell print registration system. The machine speed is controlled via the front panel and can be varied to give an output up to 50 cycles per minute. This equates to 50 - 100 sachets per minute when			the machine is run in either single or twin lane format. The sealing die temperature and pressure are independent and precisely controlled. The machine comes in two versions: mechanical or servo driven and can be easily cleaned at the end of each production run. The MMAP machine features a robust welded steel frame and all product contact surfaces are stainless steel. The machine has been designed with particular consideration for minimum maintenance and ease of adjustment. The MMAP machine offers a number of optional features for your production needs. A low profile 1 metre (39") long discharge conveyor can be added to take the finished product away from the machine. A deboss coder and tear cut facility can also be fitted.
