16C Trî-Seal Carton Closer MANU TURINQ Dependable Flexibility for Top Load Cartons The 16C is a USDA approved tri-seal high speed tri-sea! carton closer designed to meet your top load tray needs. A two-section frame design allows several styles of carton indexing without aftecting the base machine assembly. Indexing options include dual flag indexers, a traveling "pop up" lug random indexer, "smart belt" random indexer or a driven flighted conveyor requiring no indexing. Machine speeds up to 240 cartons per minute are available depending upon carton size and style. This 16C séries of machines has been designed to handle a wide range of carton sizes with quick adjustability in ail three LxWxD dimensions to provide the maximum level of flexibility. The simple rugged design contains formed steel framework, stainless steel shafts throughout, captured flight chains, a mechanical vari-speed AC drive motor with "soft starf control, main drive overload clutch and heavy duty adjustable feet with casters for machine support and portability. Closing options include pressurized hot-melt glue or heat-seal closure. A deboss date/batch coder, digital readouts and stainless steel washdown construction are also available.
