15dz-60 semi-automatic hand load cartoner An Affordable "Spin" on Hand Load Cartoning The 15DZ is the latest hand load carîoner from ADCO Manufacturing. The 15DZ offers three éléments that will appeai to any packager: a compact footprint, a wide standard size range, and a very affordable price. The key to the 15DZ is the innovative single head carton feeder that allows tor easy changeovers and reduces maintenance costs by eliminating costly components. The machine is caster mounted for portability and has a 127" (3.23m) long stainless steel frame. The 15DZ also features a 48" (1.22m) long load table that has been narrowed for ergonomics. ADCO designed the 15DZ with safety in mind; featuring category-2 safety guarding with a guard door over the hand load table. The 15DZ also incorporâtes a horizontal minor flap tucker just after the load table that makes challenging bag-in-box applications no problem. The base price includes either a pressurized glue unit or crank driven tablock tuckers. Finaity, the 15DZ has been designed for the global market with metric fasteners and bearings as well as CE certification included in the base price. The 15DZ offers a number of optional features for your production needs. A low profile 120" (3.05m) long infeed conveyor can be attached to the machine to help make production more efficient. For harsh environmental conditions, optional washdown construction is available featuring NEMA 4x (IP 65) electricais, hard anodized aluminum, aqua chain and stainless steel components -there are no plated parts to rust.
