Morket Leader for Quality, Versotility and Delivery The 15D105 is a continuous motion horizontal semi-automatic "hand-load" cartoner with a standard 6' (1.83m) hand load area that can accommodate two or more operators. The 15D105 features a number of standard features that make it versatile and easy to use. The standard 2-head rotary carton feeder and 4' (1.22m) horizontal carton hopper reduce changeover time and increase carton capacity. Additional standard features include a stainless steel frame; screw adjustable overheads, variable speed drive System, and fully enclosed barrier guarding. The 15D105 reliably offers speeds ranging from 25 to 125 cartons per minute. Carton closing options consist of a pressurized hot melt glue System or tablock tuck style closure. Available options include: deboss, ink jet, or laser coders, 15' (3.05M) long product supply conveyor, digital readouts for size changes, 2'(610mm) hand load table extension, metric construction with CE certification, and washdown construction. Spécial options are also available to further extend the standard carton size range. The UNIQUE design of the 15D105 allows for easy conversion (in our plant or in the field) to a DBC automatic product loader. The DBC auto load conversion kit transforms the machine into a 15DBC105 featuring a barrel cam product loader, fully adjustable 6' (1830mm) infeed conveyor, and an upgraded drive System with PLC and touch screen controls. 15D105 with optional DBC auto load kit Family-owned Since 7 958
