Setting Master Gage with Air Bearing Slide 80 inch Travel - Horizontal Setting Master ABTech, Inc. has developed a Setting Master using a naturel granité base and air bearing slide for set up of I.D./O.D. beam type gages such as Fédéral Products Séries 980. The granité base in combination with the air bearing slide ensures a stable, and low maintenance gage. This model has a vertical setting feature with 6.00 in. travel and 50 microinch resolution. Horizontal travel is 80.00 in., measured using a Heidenhain linear scale and DRO for ±0.00024in. accuracy overfull travel.
