The audiofrequencyrange noise (C-message) on the input is also very low. Absopulse inverters have a multi-stage filter on the input andoutput, and have large hold-up capacitors manufacturer on the internal 200VDC or 400VDC rail for complete elimination of the 60Hzripple on the inverter input. By comparison, many commercially available inverters are notsuitable for telecom applications. They typically have no inputfilters or hold-up capacitors and the input current appears as half sine-waves rather than a smooth DC. The input on theseinverters is usually also loaded with switching frequency noise.Such inverters rely on the proximity of the battery.
