PGC1000 Field Mounted Process Gas Chromatograph - 1

DESCRIPTION The PGC1000 is a field mounted GC using two analytical trains per analyzer that enable measurements of C1 thru C9+, inerts and H2S in various Hydro-carbon Processing In-dustry (HPI) streams. The PGC1000 is perfect for measuring light hydrocarbon gases in locations where minimal space is available and a simple, reliable, low cost measurement is required. This analyzer is an excellent choice for most Gas Processing Industry applications. Also it is an excellent choice for monitoring fuel gases such as natural gas, synthetic gas, methane and/or bio-gas required for the efficient operation of process equipment and plant wide systems in the HPI. Servicing the analyzer requires minimal effort to gain ac-cess to the modular analytical hardware which is easily removed for replacement. The PGC1000 innovations include: Modular design includes: Modular software application based plug in software modules Manifold module (internal tubing now replaced by manifold) Analysis section contains stream selection sole-noids, pressure regulation, 32 bit digital detector electronics and a dual-train chromatograph in a single, replaceable module 32 bit digital, low-power controlling electronics, using Windows CE֮ (internal to GC unit) Microsoft Windowsή 2000 or XP based remote user interface software (PGC1000 RUI) Lithium battery-backed RAM Two remote serial digital communications ports; one local port Comprehensive diagnostics and wizards available to users Two-level security for user access control Audit-quality historical data; date and time stamped Auto-start cycle automatically: Stabilizes oven temperature Compact footprint - 16 inches front to back, 28 pounds Confirms modules functions Sets valve operation times Conventional analytical components, not a GC on a chip Locates natural gas components Sets carrier gas pressures Windows CE operating system Gates natural gas components Validates/calibrates Interactive graphical display actuated by magnet con-tact Returns to pipeline streams Operational alarms available with each analysis cycle Economical to operate Detectors - constant temperature, glass encapsulated thermister beads for rugged service and long life (will not burn out on loss of carrier) Simple, reliable, easy to service, low cost measurement! STANDARD FEATURES Dual 10 port valves have no moving metal parts Low utility usage - low-power, low-carrier, no instru-ment air required On demand or scheduled automatic calibration and diagnostics >
