ERP project description: Project highlights: In an export company with such a wide range of products as SMW-AUTOBLOK, the sales side is very important. Implementing abas ERP not only optimized the sales pro-
cesses, significant improvements were also realized in other business areas: increased transparency, lower production lead times, improved machine load. The production is now transparent and free capacity or bottlenecks are clearly displayed. WIP (work in progress) orders can be edited – in which case only the job ticket is printed for machine and time. The integrated PDC system is completely sufficient for SMW-AUTOBLOK’s requirements.
