TRADITIONAL CHAIN AND BUCKET ELEVATOR

•Uses heavy chain and large fabricated buckets, which are expensive to manufacture and are limited to maximum operating speeds of 250 Ft./Min. – severely restricting total elevator capacity.•The chain and sprocket are subject to constant wear = high maintenanceand replacement costs. er machine cost plus ov er 33% s avings on components.

STARCO JUMBO AND STEEL WEB BELTING ELEVATOR

•Uses rows of closely spaced, heavy-duty Starco Jumbo seamless steel buckets and steel web purpose designed elevator belt, to produce a bucket elevator capable of up to 430 Ft./min. achieving far greater capacities relative to the width of the elevator case than its chain alternative.•Savings of over 33% on component costs alone. •Smaller elevator casing reducing machine cost. •The belt wears significantly less than the chain and sprocket alternative, dramatically reducing down-time, maintenance and spares costs. Steel web belting also does not stretch, like standard rubber belting.
