APPLICATION The RLI isdesignedto signal the presenceor absence of bulkmaterialssuchas : chemicalproducts, woodchips, grain, granules and powders. It isidealfor use as a point levelindicatorin tanks and industrial silos as wellas a blockagedetector in conveyorchutes. METHOD OF OPERATION FEATURES The detectionof the materialisachievedby a rotatingpaddle. If materialempedesthe rotation of the paddle, the motortoppleson itsaxe and triggers an alarm. In thisstate, all the mobile parts are stationary. Whenthe levelof the materialgoesdown again, the motorreturnsto itsinitial position and restarts.
