M300 SLIPSWITCH MICROPROCESSOR CONTROLLED UNDERSPEED MONITOR

APPLICATION

Protects rotating machinery against the cost of downtime and the dangerous risks resulting from underspeed. For bucket elevators, conveyors manufacturer, rotary airlocks and all rotating machinery. An inductive proximity sensor which detects a rotating metal target on the machinery shaft. The user selects a suitable start-up delay and calibrates the microprocessor controlled sensor to the normal speed of rotation using a magnet. If the speed drops by 20% or more the M300 signals to alarm or stop the machinery.
