4B industrial elevator belting is of laminar construction, togive high impact resistance coupled with low
stretch at working tension.The EP carcass comprises a woven textileconstruction having low stretch polyester fabric
warp (along its length) and impact resistant
polyamide fabric weft (across the width).The low stretch characteristics of the belt areachieved using the high strength textile fabric
which is pre-tensioned during the manufacturing
process. This process limits the maximum stretch
in the belt, at working strength, to 1.5%. Las correas 4B para elevadores son resistentes a losfuertes impactos gracias a su construcción laminada;
además, presentan un estiramiento reducido cuando
se someten a la tensión de servicio.La estructura EP consta de un tejido con unaurdimbre de poliéster de estiramiento reducido (en
sentido longitudinal) y de una trama de poliamida
resistente a los impactos (en sentido transversal).Para lograr el reducido grado de estiramiento de lacorrea, se realiza un proceso de pretensado ya
durante la fabricación. Dicho proceso limita el grado
máximo de estiramiento de la correa al 1,5 % bajo la
fuerza de servicio.
